The theme of energy is captured by the intricate dial pattern, based on the traditional Asanoha hemp leaf motif of the Heian Period (794-1185 AD), a symbol of growth and prosperity. Uniquely shaped LumiBrite hands and stick markers add a crisp legibility to the Aitestsu blue GMT dial, with 24-hour GMT hand, power reserve indicator and date display. A sapphire crystal includes anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, while the screwdown see-through caseback provides a view of the new caliber 6R64 29-jewel automatic movement with manual winding capability, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of approximately 45 hours.
