The Force Awakens

While the Star Wars Nixon collection has almost been around for a full year and the Force Awakens came out in December of 2015, we finally have our Kylo Ren watch.  The Kylo Ren watches from Nixon are the beginning of the Force Awakens watch models.  Later this year other Force Awakens characters will have their own watches.  Don't worry I'm pretty sure there will be a BB-8 watch. 

Nixon Kylo Ren Watches

Now that we have all seen the Force Awakens we all know who the character of Kylo Ren is and how he is involved in the Star Wars legacy.  We might not know what will unfold in the next movies, but we now have these cool watches to show off.

Kylo Ren's Helmet

Kylo Ren's helmet is something that is clearly unique about the character.  The bold chromed out lines and almost tattoo like patterns grace his helmet.  The rest of the mask is Darth Vader's favorite color, black.  The watches take inspiration from the helmet, so much so that you can see the chromed out lines on the faces of the watch.  While other watches in the Star Wars Nixon collection might have given you a hint to the character it represents, the Kylo series declares boldly that this is the Kylo Ren watch.

Kylo Ren's Lightsaber

While we were all waiting for the Force Awakens to come out, the thing that was most talked about was Kylo Ren's unique lightsaber.  Nixon celebrates this on most of the watch collection with lightsaber second hands.
