Seiko's first 1965 diver's watch, re-invented in 2017 as the SLA017

A legend was born: SLA017 In 1965, Seiko debuted a diver's watch that was the first to be quite water-resistant (150m) due to an automatic mechanical caliber. This watch, also designed for reliability in harsh conditions, was worn by the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition and passed with flying colors. Now Seiko has recreated this 1965 classic watch design with the Prospex, which boasts the latest technology, including a Caliber 8L35 for divers.
